Haute Dog Pet Spa's Self-Wash provides a superior experience for you and your Fur Baby. From our top-of-the-line equipment; all-organic, tear-free beauty products; and easily accessible tubs, Haute Dog's Self-Wash experience is pawsitively the best in Austin. Our Grooming staff is on-hand to assist with any questions or needs you may have. Let us know if it's your first time Self-Washing your dog; we'll provide a walk-through on how to use the equipment and how best to apply each of our beauty products. Self-Wash is a wonderful way for your family to bond with your beloved pet; kids especially love helping give their best friend a bath! Be sure to ask about or request any additional services during your Fur Baby's Self-Wash, such as: • Teeth Cleaning • Gland Expression • Treatments such as de-shed, de-skunk, or pest control • Calming, relaxing massages during your dog's bath • Pawdicures; we offer a wide variety of colored polishes for your dog's nails • Canine-formulated CBD Oil - perfect for calming nervous or anxious dogs
Running Late? Need to Reschedule or Cancel?
RUNNING LATE? While we do not charge late fees, being late to your Grooming & Spa appointment may result in a delay for when your dog's service is finished. If you're going to be more than 5-10 minutes late, please ring us at (512) 518-3909 to let us know. RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING If you need to reschedule or cancel your dog's appointment, you may do so either by calling (512) 518-3909; or, if you've created an account on our website, simply log in to your account to reschedule or cancel. APPOINTMENT RESERVATION DEPOSIT All Groom, Shave Down, Trim & Tidy, and Bathing services have a non-refundable appointment reservation deposit - typically between $15 and $25. The appointment reservation deposit is applied to the final cost of your Groom, Shave Down, Coloration, Trim and/or Bathing service at checkout. If you reschedule your service 24 hours or greater than the day/time of your appointment, the reservation deposit is applied to the rescheduled appointment. In the event of an appointment rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service, or in the event of a cancellation, the appointment reservation deposit will not be applied to the final cost of the service.
