APPOINTMENT & WALK-IN GUIDELINES FOR DOG GROOMING & SPA

Haute Dog Pet Spa regular hours are Monday - Saturday, 8:00am - 6:00pm; Sunday, 10:00am - 6:00pm.

We prefer if you make a Grooming & Spa Appointment in advance.  Appointments can be made through our online booking, by calling (512) 518-3909, or in-person by visiting us.

We can generally accommodate same-day appointments; we recommend calling us first at (512) 518-3909 to confirm that we have openings for same-day  / next-day appointments.

This part's easy - just bring your pooches in to Haute Dog Pet Spa at your Appointment time.   If you've opted for Curbside Drop Off & Pick Up, please call our store at (512) 518-3909 when you arrive; a Haute Dog team member will walk out to your car or meet you outside of the store for Drop Off & Pick Up.  If this is your first visit, we'll need your Vet records on file; there's more on that below.

We know "Life Happens".  Haute Dog Pet Spa does not charge a Late Fee for customers who are late for their Grooming & Spa appointment.  If you're going to be more than 5-10 minutes late, though, we'd really appreciate a phone call from you to let us know; please ring us at (512) 518-3909.  

The duration of any Groom, Shave Down, Trim & Tidy, Bath, etc depends on a wide variety of factors - including the size of the dog, complexity of the service, condition of the coat, how well behaved your dog is in the bath or on the grooming table, etc.  Your Haute Dog Groomer or Bather can provide a ranged estimate for the duration of the Groom, Shave Down, Trim & Tidy or Bath when you drop your dog off at the Salon.  For service estimates in excess of 3-4 hours, dogs are walked & watered to ensure their comfort. 

Once your Fur Baby's Grooming, Bathing or Spa treatment has wrapped up, a Haute Dog Pet Spa staff member will call you with the phone number we have on file.  Generally we'd prefer if you can pick your dogs up within one hour of their services being complete; after one hour, we can continue to make them comfortable and ensure they're walked and have water for only $5 / hour per dog.  If you elected Curbside for your Drop-Off & Pick-Up, please ring us at (512) 518-3909 once you've arrived, and we'll bring your dog to your car or meet you outside the salon for pick-up. 

All Vet records - including up-to-date shot records, and the name and phone number of your Vet - must be on file with us before your dog's Grooming or Spa session.  If you've had your dog Groomed, Bathed or Self-Washed with us, we will already have your Vet records on file.  If not, generally we can call your Vet to confirm when you arrive, or prior to your arrival for booked appointments.

Requests to reschedule appointments 24 hours or more in advance of your appointment can be made by calling us at (512) 518-3909, or through your member portal.  Appointments rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance allow you to retain your deposit and apply it towards your rescheduled appointment.  You may cancel your appointment at any time; please note any cancellations forfeit your appointment deposit.
