Service Description
Dogs have... glands. We're available to... express them. Did you see Hot Tub Time Machine? What a great movie. Remember that scene towards the beginning of the film, when Craig Robinson is working at 'Sup Dawg, and he asks the customer if he owns a BMW? This is like that, but without the car keys (hopefully). Gland Expression is provided as a standard service for every Dog Groom, Shave Down, Trim, Coloration and Bath, as well as an add-on for Self-Wash. We only charge $10 for a Gland Expression if requested separately or as an add-on for a Self-Wash. This is a fantastic opportunity for all of us to meditate on the amazing service Haute Dog's team provides for our beloved furry friends, and to really consider the fact that they perform this service as part of every Groom, Shave Down, Trim, Coloration and Bath. What I'm saying is this: Please tip your Groomer and Bather. They really, really deserve it. 😳🐾❤️
Running Late? Need to Reschedule or Cancel?
RUNNING LATE? While we do not charge late fees, being late to your Grooming & Spa appointment may result in a delay for when your dog's service is finished. If you're going to be more than 5-10 minutes late, please ring us at (512) 518-3909 to let us know. RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING If you need to reschedule or cancel your dog's appointment, you may do so either by calling (512) 518-3909; or, if you've created an account on our website, simply log in to your account to reschedule or cancel. APPOINTMENT RESERVATION DEPOSIT All Groom, Shave Down, Trim & Tidy, and Bathing services have a non-refundable appointment reservation deposit - typically between $15 and $25. The appointment reservation deposit is applied to the final cost of your Groom, Shave Down, Coloration, Trim and/or Bathing service at checkout. If you reschedule your service 24 hours or greater than the day/time of your appointment, the reservation deposit is applied to the rescheduled appointment. In the event of an appointment rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service, or in the event of a cancellation, the appointment reservation deposit will not be applied to the final cost of the service.
