Service Description
Please call us at (512) 518-3909 to book your Express Bath; please note we typically only book Express Baths for between 8a - 10a Monday - Saturday. Our Express Bath service is perfect for those customers with shortened timelines, dogs who cannot be placed in a kennel, or for older dogs who need a shorter amount of time at the Spa. Each dog is bathed our all-organic shampoo & conditioner, tear-free blueberry facial cleanser, then fluff-dried. We cleanse their ears, express glands, and trim their nails using our "quick"-free filing approach. All Expess Dog Baths include: • Full bath, using all-organic tear-free shampoo & conditioner • Blueberry, Berry or Plum Facial cleanser • Nail trim & file using our "quick"-free filing technique • Gland expression • Ear Cleaning Express Baths are typically completed in 90-180 minutes; however, please note that the duration of any Groom, Shave Down, Trim & Tidy, Bath, etc depends on a wide variety of factors - including the size of the dog, complexity of the service, condition of the coat, how well behaved your dog is in the bath or on the grooming table, etc. Your Groomer or Bather can provide a ranged estimate when you drop your dog off at the Salon. Add-on Services (eg, Teeth Cleaning) may extend total duration of the Express Bath. An Express Bath is not available for all dog breeds; we recommend calling Haute Dog Pet Spa in advance of booking an Express Bath to verify that your dog qualifies for an Express Service. Please note that Express Baths are an upcharge on top of the Dog Bathing price.
Running Late? Need to Reschedule or Cancel?
RUNNING LATE? While we do not charge late fees, being late to your Grooming & Spa appointment may result in a delay for when your dog's service is finished. If you're going to be more than 5-10 minutes late, please ring us at (512) 518-3909 to let us know. RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING If you need to reschedule or cancel your dog's appointment, you may do so either by calling (512) 518-3909; or, if you've created an account on our website, simply log in to your account to reschedule or cancel. APPOINTMENT RESERVATION DEPOSIT All Groom, Shave Down, Trim & Tidy, and Bathing services have a non-refundable appointment reservation deposit - typically between $15 and $25. The appointment reservation deposit is applied to the final cost of your Groom, Shave Down, Coloration, Trim and/or Bathing service at checkout. If you reschedule your service 24 hours or greater than the day/time of your appointment, the reservation deposit is applied to the rescheduled appointment. In the event of an appointment rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service, or in the event of a cancellation, the appointment reservation deposit will not be applied to the final cost of the service.
