COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS & BUSINESS IMPACT
We here at Haute Dog have taken appropriate precautions to make our fellow citizens and clients feel safe during this challenging time.
Haute Dog Pet Spa - Dog Grooming Salon, Self-Wash, and Raw Dog Food
Masks are required for customers entering the salon.
All Grooming Salon and Self-Wash visits are by appointment only.
Curbside service is available for Grooming & Bathing appointments on a per-request basis.
All staff interacting with customers will wear masks.
All common surfaces (counters, doors, point-of-sale) are regularly cleaned.
We are only accepting Credit / Debit Cards at this time. Cash & checks will not be accepted. Payments may be made in advance over the phone.
The Salon opens Monday - Saturday at 8:00p, and Sunday at 12:00p. However, once all of our appointments have gone home, we will close for that day.
Same-Day Salon and Self-Wash appointments are generally available; however, you must still make your appointment in advance either online or by calling (512) 518-3909; at this time, we cannot accept walk-in customers.
Our Safety First approach requires us to provide Salon, Resort & Studio Services via appointment only. We can often still offer same-day service - just give us a call at (512) 518-3909 or book online to make your Salon, Resort or Studio appointment. Per customer request, we are still offering curbside service; we will come out to pick up and drop off your pooch painlessly and most importantly, safely.
To avoid cross contamination of any kind, we will sanitize all card systems, the checkout counter, payment keypads, keyboards, touch screens, door handles and knobs, light switches and bathroom fixtures. Groomers are cleaning and disinfecting all grooming tables, kennels and grooming tools between every pet service.
For everyone’s safety, we can only accept Credit and/or Debit Cards as payment during this period. Our staff will aid our clients to complete each transaction and you will not be required to touch the screen for signature or pin code pad; your transaction will be hands-free. We can also accommodate payment via Credit and/or Debit Card over the phone.
Curbside delivery of all of our dog food, treats, and pet care products is also available - just call us at (512) 518-3909. We can coordinate payment for any and all products, setup a pick-up time, and bring your purchase directly to your car.
All staff will also be wearing protective gear to avoid any unnecessary contamination during any drop-off, pick-up or payment process.
We are following the CDC guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus.
Fortunately, to date, the CDC finds there is no evidence that companion animals or pets can spread COVID-19. However, this situation continues to evolve rapidly and therefore we will continue to monitor it closely. Based on current guidance, our Salon remains open for Grooming, Bathing, Studio services; purchase of Dog Food, Treats and Pet Care Products, and Self-Wash; and we remain committed to providing an outstanding experience for our customers and their beloved pets.
