Service Description
Keep your Best Friend comfortable in the Texas heat with a Shave Down. We take a pragmatic approach to Shave Downs - allowing your Fur Baby to avoid overheating while keeping aspects of their coat and styling in-tact. All Dog Shave Down Grooms include: • Full bath, using all-organic tear-free shampoo & conditioner • Blueberry, Berry or Plum Facial cleanser • Nail trim & file using our "quick"-free filing technique • Gland expression • Ear Cleaning • Coat thinned / shaved while pragmatically retaining as much of the standard breed styling pattern and/or your styling preferences as is possible. Add-on services are available for any Shave Down; these can be requested at the time of service, or selected individually using the checkboxes below. Optional services include: • Teeth Cleaning • Treatments such as Deshed, Deskunk, or Deflea / Pest Control • Calming, relaxing massages during your dog's bath - combined with our Madra Mor Mud Bath • Purrdy Nails (colored nail veneers); we offer a wide variety of colors for your dog's nails • Canine-formulated CBD Oil - perfect for calming nervous or anxious dogs Pricing is based on breed, condition of their coat, and a few other factors - your Groomer can provide you a quote when you drop your dog off. The duration of any Shave Down depends on a wide variety of factors - including the size of the dog, complexity of the service, condition of the coat, how well behaved your dog is in the bath or on the grooming table, etc. Your Groomer can provide a ranged estimate when you drop your dog off at the Salon.
Running Late? Need to Reschedule or Cancel?
RUNNING LATE? While we do not charge late fees, being late to your Grooming & Spa appointment may result in a delay for when your dog's service is finished. If you're going to be more than 5-10 minutes late, please ring us at (512) 518-3909 to let us know. RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING If you need to reschedule or cancel your dog's appointment, you may do so either by calling (512) 518-3909; or, if you've created an account on our website, simply log in to your account to reschedule or cancel. APPOINTMENT RESERVATION DEPOSIT All Groom, Shave Down, Trim & Tidy, and Bathing services have a non-refundable appointment reservation deposit - typically between $15 and $25. The appointment reservation deposit is applied to the final cost of your Groom, Shave Down, Coloration, Trim and/or Bathing service at checkout. If you reschedule your service 24 hours or greater than the day/time of your appointment, the reservation deposit is applied to the rescheduled appointment. In the event of an appointment rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service, or in the event of a cancellation, the appointment reservation deposit will not be applied to the final cost of the service.
